(<strong>\u201cDow Jones\u201d<\/strong>).  Submission of this Agreement does not obligate Dow Jones to accept High School into the Donation Program: acceptance is in Dow Jones&#8217; sole discretion. If Dow Jones accepts High School&#8217;s application, Dow Jones will notify High School, and upon such notification, this Agreement will become binding.
