Joe Espinosa offers private lesson instruction to facility members in the following areas: Hitting, Pitching, Infield and Outfield Play, Catching, Yoga, as well as Strength and Agility.
In addition to private instruction, facility members participate in small group training (4 players at a time) with Joe on a weekly basis.
Major League techniques are taught to all members, regardless of age. Drills are modified to fit the individual player and instruction is driven by video analysis. The principle of Deliberate Practice informs all baseball training.
Joe Espinosa is also available for one on one instruction for Non-Members on a limited basis.
